A Guest Lecture Took Place at the Higher School of Economics and Business

On December 13, 2024, a guest lecture on "The Opportunities of Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research" was held at Al-Farabi KazNU, organized by the Center for Economic Research and the Department of Finance and Accounting. The speaker was Nurzhan Abdirazakov, a senior lecturer at IUTH University, a Bolashak International Program scholar, a graduate of the University of Surrey (United Kingdom), and a PhD student at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. The event was attended by faculty members, students of the Higher School of Economics and Business, and first-year PhD students. During the lecture, the speaker provided valuable insights into how artificial intelligence tools can be effectively used for conducting scientific research. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the practical applications of AI technologies in preparing research projects. Participants emphasized that the lecture was both useful and full of relevant information, expressing their desire for such events to be organized more frequently.
