Schoolchildren's interest in science!

On January 10, a meeting was held between Dikanbay Karlygash Toktarkanovna, the director of the Abai School-Gymnasium in Shonzhy village, Uyghur district, Almaty region, and Nurmakhanova Akmaral Sadykovna, the head of the Department of Biodiversity and Bioresources at the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of KazNU.
During the meeting, they discussed the growing interest of schoolchildren in science, particularly in fields such as zoology, botany, and medicinal plants. Opinions and proposals were exchanged regarding the possibility of conducting joint scientific research under the guidance of the department’s and faculty’s educators. Additionally, plans were made to outline topics for future scientific projects.
