A meeting was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with the participation of representatives from public organizations, dedicated to inclusive education and the discussion of the university's roadmap concept.

The event was opened by the Director of the Scientific and Practical Center for "Inclusive Education" Ganiya Tazhina, who emphasized the importance and direction of inclusion in modern society. In her speech, she highlighted that creating an accessible educational environment for students with special needs is a priority task, requiring comprehensive collaboration among all interested parties.

Continuing the event, Gainya Tazhina emphasized that inclusive education not only provides equal opportunities for people with special needs but also contributes to the formation of a more open and tolerant society. She highlighted the importance of raising awareness and training professors, administrative staff, and students on issues of inclusivity, to create an atmosphere of acceptance and support for all participants in the educational process.

The participants then discussed the university's roadmap project, which outlined in detail the steps to improve the accessibility of educational services for students with various needs. The discussion also touched on the implementation of new technologies and teaching methods, as well as the organization of special programs and courses for training staff capable of working with such students.

Additionally, a number of successful examples of implementing inclusive practices in other universities and countries were presented, serving as the basis for constructive dialogue and exchange of experiences. Suggestions were made regarding the improvement of the university's material and technical base, the creation of comfortable infrastructure, as well as the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for students with special educational needs.
