On January 31, 2025, teachers of the Department of Language and General Educational Training for Foreigners in the framework of the SDG “Quality Education”

 attended the VII International Digital Forum Digital Almaty 2025, held at the Atakent exhibition center in Almaty. This is one of the largest platforms in Central Asia dedicated to digital technologies, innovations, and artificial intelligence. This year, the forum is organized under the slogan "Industrial AI: Technologies for a New Era," focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence on industry, business, science, and education.

The key topics of the forum include the automation of production processes, the implementation of smart technologies, the development of cloud services, and big data. Speakers from different countries shared their experiences, discussed the prospects and challenges of digital transformation. Of particular interest was the discussion on the regulation of artificial intelligence, the ethics of its application, and its impact on the labor market.

The Minister of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, Sayasat Nurbek, presented the AI-SANA national educational program, designed for 100,000 participants. This program aims to develop AI competencies among students and young professionals, support DeepTech startups, and foster technological entrepreneurship. The importance of training specialists capable of working with advanced digital technologies was also highlighted.

As part of the event, the teachers attended a panel discussion on the integration of AI into various industries. Rajit Nanda, CEO of DataVolt, gave an impressive speech, sharing his vision for the future of AI and the necessary conditions for its effective implementation.

Additionally, the teachers visited the startup alley and robo-zone, where the latest developments in artificial intelligence, automation, and virtual reality were showcased. Projects by Kazakhstani IT companies working in cybersecurity, digital education platforms, and machine learning attracted particular interest.

The Digital Almaty 2025 forum will continue until February 1, providing a unique opportunity for knowledge exchange, exploring modern trends, and establishing new professional connections in the field of digital technologies.
