G.A. Arynova was awarded the honorary badge “Excellent Health Care Worker”.

We are pleased to congratulate senior lecturer of the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Evidence-based Medicine, candidate of medical sciences Gulbana Abzhanovna Arynova with the award of the badge of honor “Excellent Healthcare Professional”!

This high award is a worthy assessment of many years of labor, professional excellence and significant contribution to the development of health care in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Main achievements of Gulbanu Abzhanovna:

- More than 50 scientific works, including articles, theses, reports, methodical instructions and textbooks, among which 9 textbooks and teaching aids.

- Scientific and pedagogical experience - 28 years, of which the last 8 years she works in the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi.

She actively participates in the preparation of students' diploma theses and master's theses of master's students as a supervisor, as well as in increasing their interest in scientific activity. In 2018 at the international conference “Farabi Әlemi” under the guidance of Gulbanu Abzhanovna, the 4th year student of the specialty “public health” A. Omarkhodjaeva took the 2nd place and received a prize of 50 000 tenge. In 2020 at the international conference “Farabi Әlemi” 4th year student of the specialty “public health” Ә. Өmirzakova took the 1st place and received a prize of 75,000 tenge.

In 2018, 2020 and 2021 was the responsible coordinator for the organization and conduct of the Republican Student Subject Olympiad in the specialty “Public Health”. She is one of the responsible coordinators in the development of the educational program for bachelor's and master's degrees in Public Health.

Senior supervisor-adviser of the Graduate School of Public Health of the Faculty of Medicine and Public Health. Actively participates in the social work of students, demonstrating high responsibility in organizing educational activities.
