Leadership and Cohesion: The Power of Joint Decision-Making

On February 18, 2025, in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG-17), an open educational session was held on the topic “Leadership and Cohesion: The Power of Joint Decision-Making”. The event was organized by first-year doctoral students specializing in Pedagogy and Psychology and Pedagogy. Educational Management under the guidance Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor K. Sh. Moldasan and of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor A.A.Bulatbaeva

The educational session took place at Qalam School in Almaty. Doctoral students from KazNU and teachers of the school actively participated in the event. The aim of the session was to raise awareness of the importance of leadership and cohesion, as well as to master effective methods of joint decision-making.

During the seminar-training, participants discussed the relationship between leadership and cohesion, methods of effective communication within a team, and modern approaches to joint decision-making.

At the conclusion of the training, the school director noted that each stage of the event was systematically planned and that its content was useful and engaging for the participants. He also expressed gratitude to the doctoral students for their high level of responsibility and creative approach to organizing such a significant event.
