The students also familiarized themselves with the foundation's activities and analyzed real-life cases.
The goal of the training was to support women by helping them recognize their self-worth, build confidence, develop stress resilience, and manage negative emotions. Special attention was given to reducing feelings of guilt, shame, and fear of the future while fostering positive thinking.

They proposed implementing a modular program titled «Strong Mother – Happy Child», designed to provide participants with practical tools for self-organization, confidence-building, and supervision in resolving complex life situations.
The program, planned for three months, will include comprehensive training modules focused on stress resilience, positive thinking, effective planning methods, financial literacy, and decision-making skills. As part of the supervision component, the PhD students will assist the specialists of the «Mother’s Home» Foundation in analyzing and resolving difficult cases, helping them develop optimal crisis management strategies.
