On the theme "Legacy of Courage: Lessons from the Heroism of B. Momyshuly."

On February 26, 2025, under the initiative of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies, organized by PhD students in "Islamic Studies" — Yerimbet R.E., Aidos A.M., and Bekmukhambetov N.R. — an event was held in the framework of the Sustainable Development Goal "Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions", dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the People's Hero, great military leader, and writer, Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, on the theme "Legacy of Courage: Lessons from the Heroism of B. Momyshuly."

The anniversary gathering was attended by intellectuals, teachers, students, and postgraduates. The event was filled with meaningful information about the hero's life and his spiritual heritage.

The main objective of the event was to immortalize the feats of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, present him as an example to follow, and promote his heroic path among the youth.

Guests at the meeting included Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Zhemenei Islam Akmuratuly and film director Moldagali Omarov, who shared valuable historical information about the heroism and patriotic stance of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, which had not been published in the media.

The event guests spoke in detail about the hero's life and feats in the Great Patriotic War, as well as his literary heritage, writing talent, love for the homeland, steadfast character, and spiritual values. This information awakened in each of us a sense of pride for our national heroes, and the participants received inspiring information.

Additionally, participants watched a video that shared the life story of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly. At the end of the event, students and postgraduates asked questions to the speakers and gained valuable insights into the life and activities of the hero.

The event was held at a high level and left a deep impression on the participants. The feats of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly and his spiritual heritage became an example for the current generation and awakened patriotic feelings.
