Winter School - 2025: ESG - principles of logistics and finance management in a closed-loop economy

In today's world, sustainable development is becoming a key benchmark for business and the economy. In this context, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) plays an important role in managing logistics processes and finances.

From February 26 to March 7, 2025, the Department of Business Technologies of the Higher School of Economics held a Winter School on the topic “ESG - principles of logistics and financial management: development strategy in the context of a closed-loop economy” for teachers of the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn(Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan) https://www.knu.kg/ky/ru/

Where participants delved into current issues of implementing sustainable practices, discussed advanced cases and studied the mechanisms of project financing within the framework of ESG strategies. The event will be useful for specialists in logistics, finance, corporate management, and young researchers seeking to develop competencies in the field of ESG.

The Winter School became a platform for exchanging experiences, discussing current challenges and developing new approaches to training students in the field of development and management of logistics and finance. International cooperation was implemented in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi and the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn.
