SDG 4 - Quality education: Open Day

On March 12, 2025, the Faculty of Journalism, with the organization of the Department of Publishing, Editing, and Design Arts, hosted an “Open Day” for high school and college graduates.

Around 80 prospective students attended the event from ten schools and the Almaty Polytechnic College.

The faculty members and professors introduced the specialties of “Publishing,” “Design,” “Media Design,” and “Digital Media Dramaturgy,” sharing insights into these fields and answering questions from future students.

Additionally, active students of the faculty shared their experiences of studying and student life, showcasing their talents.

The event concluded with an open Q&A session with the prospective students.
