Ecological Campaign «Taza Qazaqstan» at KazNU: Students’ Contribution to Environmental Cleanliness

On the eve of the Nauryz holiday, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the Higher School of Economics and Business, and the Department of «Business technologies»participated in the ecological campaign « Taza Kazakhstan».This initiative aimed to support SDG 11 «Sustainable Cities and Communities» and SDG 15 «Life on Land».

On March 15, 2025, first-year students of the 6B11301 – «Logistics (by industries)» and 6B04107 – «Marketing»programs, under the guidance of their advisors, actively took part in cleaning the university grounds.

During the campaign, participants removed household waste from the KazNU campus, improved green areas, and discussed the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness.

The «Taza Kazakhstan» ecological campaign not only contributed to the beautification of the university but also played a significant role in fostering ecological awareness among students. Implementing such initiatives helps achieve sustainable development goals and promotes responsible attitudes toward nature.
