On March 12, 2025, the Department of Religious Studies and Culturology at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University organized an internal clean-up day. The initiative was led by the Acting Head of the Department, S.M. Kaupenbayeva, and Senior Lecturer Mukhan Nurzat.
Third-year students of the “Religious Studies” program actively participated in the event, contributing to maintaining cleanliness and order in the department. As part of the initiative, cabinets were replaced, their interiors were cleaned, and general cleaning tasks were carried out.
This clean-up event was not just about tidying up but also served as an important initiative aimed at strengthening collective responsibility and fostering students’ careful attitude toward their learning environment. Such activities play a significant role in shaping academic culture and university spirit, as well as promoting unity among students and faculty. The participants put in a joint effort to make the department cleaner and more comfortable.
