Meeting of the student scientific club - The 4th Industrial Revolution and Industry 4.0

On March 13, a meeting of the student scientific club was held under the leadership of Esengeldieva G.T. and Zholamanov E.M., where participants discussed one of the most pressing topics of the modern economy - "The 4th Industrial Revolution and Industry 4.0".
A report on this topic was made by a doctoral student of the Department of Economics, Saule Sesenbaeva, who revealed in detail the essence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, its impact on the global economy and the prospects for the implementation of innovative technologies in Kazakhstan.
The meeting was attended by 3rd-year students of the specialties "Economics" and "Digital Economy", as well as 1st-year students in the direction of "Digital Economy". Participants actively discussed key aspects of digitalization, automation and the implementation of artificial intelligence in various industries.
Particular attention was paid to the connection of this topic with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular with the ninth goal - "Industry, innovation and infrastructure". Students discussed how the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies contributes to the development of industrialization, increased production efficiency and the creation of innovative solutions.
Industry 4.0 is not just a trend, but an important step towards sustainable economic growth and development of Kazakhstan in the context of global digitalization.
