SDG-4: Students watched the play "The White Ship"

At the Kazakh State Academic Theater for Children and Youth named after Gabita Musrepova, students of the Faculty of Philology watched the play "The White Ship" based on the classic Chingiza Aitmatova.
The work of the great artist, the boy who believes that his father is sailing on the "The White Ship", is well known to all of us. The existence of six adults and a seven-year-old child in a beautiful natural environment in a corner of the world shows us that black and white, hope and fear are in eternal contradiction in the human mind. Will the child's dream come true or will his hopes be shattered? The play is looking for an answer to this question. Fate and the beautiful image of a child who, with the sunrise, looks into the endless horizon through binoculars, and with the sunset, dreams of building a "The White Ship" on a clean lake, grows up longing for his father and what he cannot find in the arms of his mother, will undoubtedly occupy a special place in the hearts of many.
The main idea of the work - the harmony of nature and man, the contradiction of injustice and dreams - did not leave the viewer indifferent. At the end of the performance, the students shared their impressions, took commemorative photos and expressed high appreciation for the professionalism of the theater team.
