A 4th-year student of the Arab Studies department completed an industrial internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Assem Yerlanova, a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, completed her professional internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the internship, she gained in-depth knowledge of Kazakhstan’s foreign policy priorities and strategic directions in international relations. While working within the ministry's structure, she acquired hands-on experience in drafting official documents, conducting diplomatic correspondence, and participating in international cooperation processes. Additionally, she explored the organizational specifics of government institutions and contributed to analytical and expert activities. She successfully completed the internship and received excellent feedback from the ministry for her professionalism and responsibility. The knowledge and skills obtained during this internship have laid a strong foundation for her future professional development and career in diplomacy.
