Shora Sarybaev: Heritage and Continuity

On March 26 2025, at the Faculty of Philology at  our university,  the lecturers  of the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation,  A.E. Alpysbaeva and M.S. Rakhimova held an educational hour on the topic:  “Shora Sarybaev: Heritage and Continuity”. During the event,  the students and the lecturers  discussed the scholar’s  life and creative work.  They showed   Shora Sarybayev’s contribution  to linguistics and the significance of his academic legacy through a presentation and video materials.  The participants analyzed the impact of his works on modern linguistics and shared their perspectives. The event sparkled   the students’ interest in research and helped them understand the importance of continuity in the field of linguistics. The department's teacher, E.A. Morugova made concluding remarks at the end of the event.
