Career Guidance Event

On March 20, 2025, a career guidance event was held at General Education Schools No. 13 and No. 14 in the Kordai district of the Zhambyl region, organized by the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

During the event, school students received comprehensive information about the university and its academic programs. Specially prepared brochures were distributed, explaining the features of each specialty and the opportunities they offer for the future. Additionally, students were informed about educational programs, academic mobility, research activities, internship opportunities, and graduate employment rates.

The event was organized under the leadership of Candidate of Philosophical Sciences A.O. Omirbekova, Pedagogical Practice Supervisor, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences M.B. Alikbayeva, and first-year PhD student A.S. Oralkul.

During the meeting, students received detailed information about their fields of interest and career guidance in cultural studies, religious studies, and Islamic studies. They also had the opportunity to ask questions about university admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, the educational process, and student life.

This event helped future graduates make informed decisions about their career choices and professional paths. It was conducted at a high level, receiving positive feedback from students and teachers.
