KazNU hosted a meeting on the topic “Stories of Failures and Successes: Scientists Who Changed the World Against All Odds”

Shynggys Nurgazy, the scientific editor of the Farabi Journal of Social Sciences, and Valeria Lis, the chairperson of the Scientific Student Organization, held a meeting with students on the topic "Stories of Failures and Successes: Scientists Who Changed the World Against All Odds."

During the event, the discussion focused on the life paths of scientists who made significant contributions to global science despite facing numerous challenges. Students had the opportunity to listen to inspiring stories of perseverance, scientific pursuit, and innovative thinking while engaging in an interactive Q&A session.

This event aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in the areas of Quality Education (Goal 4), Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (Goal 9), and Partnerships for the Goals (Goal 17).
