SDG: QR Codes for an Online Survey Installed in University Cafeterias to Improve Food Quality and Safety

19 february, 2025

This survey aims to identify students' eating habits and the most frequently consumed food products. As a result, the demand for meat and dairy products, vegetables, and beverages will be considered, and the cafeteria menu will be adapted to meet students needs. Special attention is given to dietary restrictions of international students.

The collected data will help make the cafeteria menu more flexible, taking into account various dietary preferences. The survey results will serve as a basis for expanding the range of dishes, studying students' food culture, and adding new menu items based on their requests. Additionally, this initiative will contribute to improving the services provided by university cafeterias and cafés.

This initiative actively supports the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including «Zero Hunger », «Good Health and Well-being», «Reduced Inequalities», «Responsible Consumption and Production » and «Climate Action ».
