“The Scent of Wormwood” – A Play That Touched Hearts

On February 6, 2025, first-year students of the Higher School of Economics and Business at KazNU, led by the advisor of the “Finance and Accounting” Department, PhD Asilova A.S., attended a performance of “The Scent of Wormwood” at the G. Musrepov Youth Theater.
The event was held as part of the “100 Books” project and SDG 17 “Partnerships for Sustainable Development.” This heartfelt story, interwoven with childhood nostalgia and the hardships of war, resonated deeply with the audience, allowing them to experience the power of literature.
