Women’s Forum Workshop: “Inspire and Lead: The Female Leadership Style”
On March 5, 2025, within the framework of SDG 5 – Gender Equality, an inspiring Women’s Forum Workshop was organized under the leadership of Karlygash Rakhimzhanovna Useinova, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law.
The workshop focused on how the female approach to leadership contributes to success, personal and professional development, and overcoming barriers in various fields of life and work.
Participants had a unique opportunity to hear insights and practical advice from legal professionals. The invited speakers were:
1️⃣ Arna Baktiyar — Director of the Legal Department at Otbasy Bank JSC
2️⃣ Sanray Smagulova — Lawyer at the Almaty City Bar Association
3️⃣ Zhalgas Saparkhanova — Lawyer at the Almaty City Bar Association
During the panel discussion, special attention was paid to how women’s leadership styles empower success in the legal profession, break stereotypes, and help overcome challenges faced by women in business and law.
