Shakizad Rakhmensheev, 53, is a 1st-year doctoral student at Al–Farabi Kazakh National University. Currently, he is studying at the Department of World History, Historiography and Source Studies of the Faculty of History, specializing in Archival and Documentary Studies.
Shakizad Kuttybaevich is a graduate of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1994. After graduation, he worked as a teacher at his alma mater until 2007. Then, in 2016, he graduated from the Master's degree program at the Academy of Economics and Law. Umirbek Dzholdasbekov in Taldykorgan.
"In the future, I want to contribute to the development of Kazakhstan and world history. Science does not stand still. It develops from day to day. Historical research methods and educational programs are changing. I am currently improving my knowledge by learning new techniques. There are no restrictions for a person who wants to study and do science", - says Shakizad Rahmensheev.
Today Shakizad Kuttybaevich works as the head of the office at the insurance company "Halyk".
