Workshop on “Employers’ Experience and Requirements in the Field of Transport Logistics” Held Within the IV International Farabi Forum

On April 8-9, 2025, within the framework of the IV International Farabi Forum and the III International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic “Paradigm of Sustainable Economic Development in the Context of Global Changes: Challenges, Consequences, Opportunities,” the Department of Business Technologies organized a workshop on a highly relevant topic: “Employers’ Experience and Requirements in the Field of Transport Logistics.”

The workshop was conducted by Zarina Kenzhebekovna Manap, founder and director of the international logistics company “MK - Global logistics”https://mkgloballogistics.kz During the event, she shared practical case studies, discussed current industry challenges, and highlighted the key competencies in demand in the labor market for logistics and international transportation.

The workshop sparked strong interest among the faculty members. Participants had a unique opportunity to ask questions to the expert and discuss potential career development paths as well as effective collaboration between educational institutions and employers.
