Summary of the International Scientific Conferencе «Farabi alemi»

On April 3, 2025, the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology hosted the international scientific conference of students and young researchers “Farabi Álemi.”

The conference was held in five sections:

   Section 1. Actual problems in biology and biodiversity conservation

Section 2. Modern problems in biophysics, physiology, biological education, biomedicine and neuroscience

Section 3. Actual issues in genetics, molecular biology and ecology

Section 4.Modern problems in biotechnology 

Section 5. Start in Science (for school students)

A total of 344 abstracts were accepted across all five sections, including:  52 from other universities and research institutes of Kazakhstan,  4 from neighboring countries.

By category:  110 abstracts from undergraduate students,  169 from master's students,  65 from doctoral students,  21 from school students.
