The 2nd Exhibition of Chinese Universities Held at KazNU The Faculty of History Aims to Expand International Cooperation

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted the 2nd International Exhibition of Chinese Universities on the topic "Studying in China and the Chinese Language Proficiency Exam (HSK)". This large-scale event was jointly organized by the International Chinese Language Testing Center of the People’s Republic of China and KazNU.
Nearly 40 leading higher education institutions from the PRC participated in the exhibition. The event served as a valuable platform for strengthening international cooperation in science and education, enabling academic mobility, and launching joint projects.
The Faculty of History of KazNU actively participated in the exhibition with the aim of establishing direct ties with Chinese universities and expanding the scope of international academic collaboration. This opportunity was of particular significance for the faculty as it allows for the development of dual-degree programs, joint research initiatives, and greater student and faculty exchange.
During the exhibition, representatives of the Faculty of History engaged in discussions with Nankai University, Peking University, Lanzhou University, Guangxi University for Nationalities, and Xinjiang University, exploring prospects for academic cooperation and collaborative research.
Events of this kind not only strengthen academic ties between Kazakhstan and China but also promote mutual cultural understanding and trust-based partnerships. They open doors for young researchers and students to integrate into the global academic community and gain valuable international experience.
