SDG-4: Meeting with the writer and critic Aizat Rakysh
On April 16th, a meeting was held with the qualified mentor, writer, and critic Aizat Rakysh at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, organized by the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics in collaboration with the «Sunkar» student and graduate union and the «Farab» readers' club.
During the meeting, students conducted an in-depth analysis of the writer's stories and critical articles, exploring their place and significance in literature. They discussed various aspects of the creative process, the writer's style, themes, and characters while sharing their opinions.
The purpose of the meeting was to enhance students' interest in literature and develop their critical thinking skills. Students discussed social issues, moral values, and the role of the writer in modern society while expressing their views. At the end of the meeting, a question-and-answer session was organized between students and guests. During this time, students asked questions that interested them and received answers. As a result, the literary meeting provided valuable information to both students and guests and sparked their interest in creativity!
The active participation and enthusiasm of students contributed to the successful conduct of the meeting. We are confident that such events will continue in the future and will help foster a love for literature among young people!
