The presentation of the photo album «Алатауды аралағанда...» /Тайны горизонтов Алатау / Secrets of the Alatau horizons» by Doszhan Balabekuly, senior lecturer at the Philosophy Department of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, PhD, famous photojournalist, took place at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The book was published by Daryn Publishing house.
The photo album captures the picturesque corners of the Zailiysky, Terskey, Kungey and Zhetysu Alatau mountains, as well as the appearance of Kaznugrad.
The presentation of the book was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of KazNU Bekzhan Meirbayev, Professor of the Department of Philosophy Zhakypbek Altaev, Head of the Department of Philosophy Asset Kuranbek, Professor of the Faculty of Journalism Kaken Kamzin, Chairman of the Republican Public Association "Fotokusstvo" Asylkhan Abdrayim, head of the creative center "Zhusan", famous photographer Zhenis Iskabai, deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Ana tili" Berik Beisenuly, famous journalist Kuanyshbek Kari. The speakers highly appreciated Doszhan Balabekuly's creative contribution to photography.
The event was also attended by Bauyrzhan Abishev, Deputy head of the "Kazselesashchita" state institution, Yakubzhan Ibragimov, Head of the Flight Production Department of the "Kazavialesoshchita" State Enterprise, Bekzat Baishalov, Head of the Almaty Aviation Department of the "Kazavialesoshchita" State Enterprise, and others.
