On April 22nd, the Faculty of History at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a leadership lecture by Ulan Umitkaliyev, Head of the Department of Archaeology and Ethnology at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor, and a "Bolashak" scholarship holder at the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research, University of Cambridge.

This lecture, dedicated to fostering leadership skills in the younger generation, proved to be exceptionally important and insightful. Ulan Umitkaliyev shared his extensive experience and offered valuable insights into the essential qualities and effective methods required for future leaders. Students and faculty members listened with great interest and gained valuable information. This event significantly contributed to enhancing the leadership potential of young people.
