Zhakyp Asanov delivered a leadership lecture to KazNU

A leadership lecture by Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakyp Asanov was held at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The lecture was attended by the university administration, teachers and students of the Faculty of Law.

The speaker shared his managerial experience, which contributed to the development of law enforcement and judicial systems. At the meeting, which was organized in a free format, students actively asked questions and made suggestions.

During the lecture, Zhakip Asanov focused on three principles that are the foundation of a successful career and effective management. According to the guest of honor, these principles make it possible to use time effectively, do important work, form a strong team, and use modern tools and approaches. As proof, he cited specific reforms implemented in the Prosecutor General's Office and the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan.

"Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is very dear to me. It's been 40 years since I graduated from university. After graduation, I worked in many responsible positions. It's not easy to succeed. It is achieved only by those who understand the goal, take care of their work, and have formed a strong team. During our time at the Prosecutor's Office, we have implemented the projects "10 measures to reduce prisoners" and "Your freedom is in your hands". As a result, 15 colonies were closed, and the number of criminals and repeat offenders decreased significantly. During this time, we have achieved great results", - said Zhakyp Asanov.

At the end of the lecture, the speaker urged students to be active, not shy away from responsibility, value human resources and constantly strive for knowledge.
