A meeting of graduates of the Faculty of Philology, who graduated from the university 45 years ago, was held at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Among them are government and public figures, doctors of Philology, professors, linguists and Turkologists.
Graduates who specially arrived at the university visited the KazNU Museum and got acquainted with the most powerful supercomputer cluster in Central Asia. They also visited the Earth Remote Sensing Center and entered the dormitory №8, where they lived during their student days.
Then they visited the Farabi Hub Center for Innovative Products and High-Tech Projects, which was built as part of the 90th anniversary of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University, watched a small concert and a documentary.
At the end of the meeting, the graduates shared their impressions and expressed gratitude to the university staff for the warm welcome.
