Representatives of foreign universities visited KazNU

Rectors and representatives of foreign higher educational institutions and institutes visited Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on a working visit.

The delegation included Rector of Algebra Bernays University Mislav Balkovic, Vice-Rector of the University of London Joanne Lil, Head of International Relations at Aston University Julia Whittam, Chancellor of Newton University Anna Plekhata, Representative for International Relations at Bangor University Jessica Morgan and Head of Business Development at Robert Gordon University Sarah Hillier.

The foreign guests were greeted by Deputy Chairman of the Board, First Vice–Rector Yerkin Duisenov, who provided information about KazNU's partnership with foreign universities. In addition, the Vice-rector noted the university's willingness to cooperate with foreign colleagues in the exchange of teachers and students, the implementation of joint research projects and the launch of dual degree programs.

In turn, the guests who visited the university expressed gratitude to the university staff for the warm welcome and stressed their interest in strengthening partnerships with KazNU in the field of science and higher education.

Afterwards, the delegation members visited the KazNU Museum, where they got acquainted with the history and achievements of the educational institution.
