City Hackathon: Participation of Our Students and Faculty Member

🔰 On May 20–21, 2025, the citywide “Hackathon” competition was held at Almaty Polytechnic College as part of the Year of Vocational Professions initiative. The event aimed to encourage youth interest in technical and vocational careers while developing innovation, teamwork, and project skills among college students.

📌 The hackathon featured 26 teams and 98 participants from colleges across Almaty. Projects were evaluated by a professional jury that included representatives from leading IT companies.

👩‍🏫 We are proud to share that Asel Asylbekovna Abdildayeva, a faculty member of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, served as a jury member at the event.
