The library collection of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University has been enriched with a new academic publication.

In May 2025, the monograph by Associate Professor, Candidate of Historical Sciences M. Yegamberdiyev entitled “The History of the Formation and Transformation of the Organization of Turkic States (1991–2025)” was published.

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the formation and institutional development of the Organization of Turkic States within the context of the historical and political dynamics of the post-Soviet space, the evolution of Turkic cooperation, and mechanisms of regional integration. The monograph makes a significant contribution to academic discourse in the fields of history, Oriental studies, international relations, geopolitics, and regional cooperation, and will be valuable for specialists as well as a broad range of researchers, graduate students, and university students.
