Graduate Student of the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling Won First Degree Diploma at National Research Competition

On May 8, 2025, the second stage of the Republican Student Research Competition was held at D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University.

According to the results, Moldir Yessenalikyzy Tanashova, a 2nd-year master’s student of the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, achieved a prize-winning result.

Moldir was awarded a First Degree Diploma for her research project titled “Modeling and Refinement of Data on the Spread of Harmful Substances in the Atmosphere of Industrial Cities of Kazakhstan”. Her scientific advisor is Dr. Nurlan Mukanovich Temirbekov, Professor of Physics and Mathematics.
