Student of the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling won at the Republican Universiade

Almas Shudabay, a 3rd-year student of the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, took 1st place as part of the university's chess team at the XIII Summer Universiade held in Turkestan.

This Universiade was a major sporting event with the participation of student-athletes from all regions of Kazakhstan. The victory of the KazNU team demonstrated the students’ high level of preparation and responsibility. Almas Shudabay showed a confident performance and made a significant contribution to the team's overall success.
