A Meeting with Representatives of Chengdu University of Industry and Commerce Held at the Higher School of Economics and Business of Al-Farabi KazNU

On May 29, 2025, the Higher School of Economics and Business (HSEB) of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted an official meeting with representatives of the School of Finance and Trade of Chengdu University of Industry and Commerce (People’s Republic of China).

The foreign delegation included the Dean of the School, Ms. Li Shang, and Professor Li Jie. During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for academic and scientific cooperation, including the implementation of joint educational programs, academic mobility for students and faculty, conducting joint research projects, as well as organizing international conferences and internships.

The meeting was held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. Both parties expressed mutual interest in developing a long-term partnership, which opens new opportunities for expanding the international cooperation of HSEB.

Such visits contribute to strengthening scientific and cultural ties between universities and enhance the international competitiveness of educational programs.
