The University Museum was visited by the famous Turkish historian, Director of the Museum of Education in Istanbul (Turkey), Mr. Umut Ates

An excursion to the museum was conducted for Mr. Umut Atesh, where he got acquainted with the Concept of the museum, exhibitions dedicated to historical moments and the periodic development of the educational institution.

The historian praised our museum, noted the competent exposition display, the thematic equipment of the museum, and said that the museum would become a place of aesthetic and spiritual impact on any viewer.

In turn, Umut Atesh spoke about the expositions of the Istanbul Museum of Knowledge, which he directs, and gave brief information about valuable historical relics attesting to the development of education and civilization, such as ancient candles, books, pens (made of bird's wing, wood), ink vessels, candles, and pens found during archaeological excavations.

The teachers of the Faculty of History and the museum staff exchanged their experience in museum business with Umut Atesh, and the historian expressed his appreciation for the guided tour.
