On June 25, 2025, the Dean of the Faculty of «Geography and Environmental sciences», A.S. Aktymbaeva, and the Deputy Dean for Academic and Educational Affairs, A.Sh. Shaken, held a meeting with the faculty's advisors. About 100 advisors from various educational programs participated in the meeting.
During the advisors' meeting, several important topics were discussed. A report on the work done throughout the year was presented. Additionally, during the informational session, issues that arose in academic and educational activities over the year were highlighted, and preventive measures were discussed. Advisors raised their concerns regarding dormitory living, educational programs, and other topics and received guidance.
Specific proposals for further improvement of the educational process were put forward during the meeting. Advisors shared their experiences and suggested new approaches to addressing student mentoring issues. At the conclusion of the meeting, the proposals were consolidated, and a plan of activities for the future was approved.
