The defense took place on June 30, 2025, at KazNU in a hybrid (offline/online) format.
Dissertation title: "Structure and physical properties of new semiconductor materials based on complex oxide systems for photoelectrochemical solar cells."

Darya Sergeevna is a distinguished graduate of all academic levels at KazNU. She currently works as a senior researcher at the D.V. Sokolsky Institute of Fuel, Catalysis and Electrochemistry in Almaty and serves as Chair of the Institute’s Council of Young Scientists, as well as a member of the Young Scientists Council of KBTU. A recipient of the 2020 State Scientific Scholarship for Talented Young Scientists, she is the author of more than 30 scientific publications, holder of several patents, and participant in international research collaborations.
