Graduation Ceremony for Outstanding Graduates of the Faculty of Physics and Technology at KazNU: Contribution to Sustainable Development and Promotion of Quality Education (SDG 4)

A solemn graduation ceremony was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University to honor graduates who distinguished themselves through academic excellence and active participation in the scientific, social, and public life of the university.

Among those recognized were top graduates of the Faculty of Physics and Technology, who demonstrated outstanding academic performance and made meaningful contributions to the development of student research, volunteer initiatives, and university projects. The diplomas were personally awarded by the Rector of KazNU, Academician Zhanseit Tuimebayev, who emphasized the importance of training highly qualified professionals in the fields of science and technology and highlighted the prestige of physics and engineering education in the modern world.

The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Technology, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor N.A. Beysen, along with heads of academic departments and vice-deans. They extended their congratulations to the graduates, wishing them success in their professional careers, realization of their scientific potential, and active contribution to the development of Kazakhstan.

Special attention during the congratulatory speeches was given to the importance of preparing professionals within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically:

  • SDG 4 – Quality Education: as a foundation for unlocking the personal and professional potential of graduates.
