Graduates of the Faculty of Oriental Studies received diplomas

A solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas to graduates of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was held in the modern space of the FARABI HALL Innovation Development Center.

The event brought together graduates, teachers and parents to celebrate this significant moment in the lives of former alma mater students.

The ceremony began with the presentation of the Faculty of Oriental Studies.

Acting Vice-rector for Sustainable Social Development Zhuldyz Yessimov congratulated the graduates on graduation and presented diplomas to the undergraduates. In between the presentations, musical compositions were played, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration.

Natalia Yem, Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Candidate of Historical Sciences, delivered warm congratulations. She said that this year the faculty has graduated 109 bachelors, of which 69 are holders of a red diploma, and 21 masters. "Each diploma is not just a document, it is a confirmation of your determination, hard work, and self–belief. This is the beginning of a new professional path. You are graduates of the Faculty of Oriental Studies. This means that you have touched the most ancient cultures, learned to understand other mentalities, and expanded the horizons of your thinking. Today is the beginning of a new stage. You will find your way to science, education, translation, diplomacy, business and culture. Wherever you find yourself, may your intelligence, dignity and knowledge serve the benefit of people and the Motherland", - she addressed the graduates.

Next, teachers and professors of the Faculty of Oriental Studies rose to the stage to congratulate the graduates.
