In Honor of Knowledge Day: Orientation Event Held for First-Year Students at the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology

On September 2, 2025, an orientation event was held at the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of Al‑Farabi Kazakh National University to mark the beginning of the academic year. The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Meruert Sakenovna Kurmanbayeva, and the University’s Vice‑Rector for Academic Affairs — PhD, Associate Professor Alina Kulbaevna Galeeva.

First-year students were introduced to their academic programs, university regulations, learning formats, and ethical expectations. They also had the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance for a successful start to their studies.
