The first cultural visit of KazNU students in the new academic year

Students of the Anthropology and Ethnology and Socio-Cultural Anthropology programs of the Department of Archaeology, Ethnology and Museology at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took part in their first cultural event marking the start of the new academic year.

Under the guidance of curator Nazira Abdinasyr, the students visited the Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where they explored the country’s historical and cultural treasures. During the visit, they observed archaeological artifacts, ethnographic exhibits, and items of national heritage, gaining both scientific knowledge and spiritual inspiration.

The main purpose of this event was to broaden students’ academic outlook, foster respect for historical and cultural heritage, and provide creative motivation at the beginning of the new academic year.
