ARABIC LANGUAGE MONTH IN KAZAKHSTAN

In October 2025, three student competitions will be held within the framework of the large-scale cultural and educational event "Arabic
Language Month in Kazakhstan":
1. Arabic Calligraphy Competition - artistic writing in traditional styles (naskh, rukaa, thulth, diwani, kufi, etc.). 
2. Arabic Poetry Recitation Competition - recitation of classical and modern Arabic poems. 
3. Storytelling Competition - expressive reading of an Arabic story - reading excerpts from Arabic
prose with an emphasis on intonation, diction and understanding of the content. 
Organizers:
— King Salman International Academy of the Arabic Language (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia),
— Arabic Studies Center of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi (Kazakhstan).

Terms of participation:
— Students of universities studying in the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed to participate.
— Age of participants: 17 years and older.
— A student has the right to participate in only one of the three competitions.
