SDG 4: KazNU Students Enjoy Summer at Issyk-Kul

At the scenic Issyk-Kul lake in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a special summer sports and recreation camp for its students.

The camp gathered the university’s most active and talented youth — participants of the Student Theater, gifted students from the ART Center, as well as active members of various student clubs and organizations. Together, they created a shared space for creativity and ideas, spending a unique and engaging time.

In addition, students had the opportunity to rest at the summer sports and recreation camp, promote a healthy lifestyle, engage in sports activities, and strengthen mutual cooperation.

This summer retreat aimed to support students’ spiritual and cultural development, unlock their creative potential, and foster life values. The natural beauty and fresh air of Issyk-Kul provided a perfect environment for relaxation, rejuvenation, and preparation for the upcoming academic year.
