The Faculty of Journalism of KazNU took part in the "Clean Kazakhstan" campaign.

Today, the faculty members and students of the Faculty of Journalism actively participated in today’s worldwide campaign. Professor of KazNU and President of the Academy of Journalism of Kazakhstan, Sagymbay Kozybayev, took up a rake and participated in the large-scale global  campaign.  Respected KazNU educators Kaken Kamzin, Klara Kabylgazina, Konyр Mukhataeva, and Larisa Pavlovna also joined with their students. KazNU lecturer, Secretary of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, and writer Zhusipbek Korgasbek also took part in the cleanup campaign and conducted a masterclass under the open sky.
They cleaned the area around the university buildings, as well as parks and streets.
The faculty worked alongside the youth, setting a worthy example.
The unity between teachers and students was clearly evident during the clean-up.
This event echoes the President’s Address, which emphasizes the goal of “creating a clean and comfortable ecological environment.”
As stated in the Address, every citizen should contribute to the development of their homeland.
