President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s State of the Nation Address to the People of Kazakhstan “Kazakhstan in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Current Challenges and Solutions through Digital Transformation”

On September 8, 2025, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev delivered a Message to the people of Kazakhstan and presented a new strategic direction for the future of our country.
One of the key innovations was the creation of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development. In addition, the adoption of the digital code will be accelerated and a solid foundation for digital development will be laid, covering all industries.
