An agreement on business education has been signed

During the meeting of Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev with the delegation of Beijing University of Business and Technology (BTBU), a memorandum of cooperation was signed aimed at developing academic mobility, joint research projects and information exchange.

In his welcoming speech, the Rector of KazNU noted that the university implements a number of academic and research projects in close cooperation with foreign partners, including universities in China.

During this visit, new prospects were identified for the implementation of joint projects, scientific research and educational mobility. In conclusion, he stressed the strategic importance of the memorandum of cooperation for the training of qualified personnel and the development of innovative areas in education and research.

BTBU President Guo Jianhua, in turn, noted the high potential for cooperation between the two universities and expressed gratitude for the interest in the activities of the municipal State University. BTBU's strong areas are recognized as: Food Science, chemistry, information engineering, Accounting, finance, logistics and supply chain management, design and communication, and law. The head of the university also stressed the importance of joint educational programs and research projects, counting on the active participation of students, undergraduates and teaching and research staff in joint initiatives.

Following the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed, which defined the goals and principles of cooperation, such as: development of academic exchange and mobility, including online formats; joint work on educational and research programs; exchange of materials and research results; organization of scientific conferences, seminars and symposiums, research internships and internships for students and teachers.
