On September 26, 2025, a joint round table of the Commission under the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the UN Youth Council was held on the topic: "The contribution of Kazakhstan's youth to the UN Sustainable Development Goals".

Along with representatives of other regions of Kazakhstan, students of schools and universities, students of group 310, the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the Faculty of Law of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi, together with the lecturer of the department, PhD Surayeva K.S., representing the youth wing under the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan "Yerkindik rukhy" (Almaty). The participants discussed the role of youth in promoting the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the development of legal culture among the younger generation, as well as the importance of dialogue and cooperation with the international community.

The event is aligned with the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, in particular SDG 16 “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions” and SDG 17 “Partnerships for the Goals”, while also contributing to the achievement of SDG 4 “Quality Education”.
