KazNU student – world champion in universal combat

The world championship in universal adult combat was held in the city of Urgench (Uzbekistan). More than 500 athletes from 40 countries took part in the competition, including representatives of all age categories: from juniors to adults.

The victory in the weight category up to 60 kg was won by the 1st year student of the Law Faculty of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi Nursultan Zhubatkan.

He demonstrated a high level of training and became the world champion, bringing Kazakhstan a well-deserved gold.
